Under the concept, a moral agent exist that causes evil and human actions identifies the agency. This, together with the fact that God gave human being authority on earth and the freedom of choice, means that God may foresee evil and have authority over it, but He grants human being the freedom to decide on acting as an agent of moral evil or not. If man chooses to act morally then God’s authority becomes effective and He protects people from evil. Otherwise, man causes evil (Klibengajtis 4- 6).
